Making a submission
The closing date for submissions is Tuesday 24 June 2025. New Plymouth District Council must receive your submission no later than 5pm. If you wish to make a submission on this application you may do so by sending a written submission to The Planning & Development Lead, New Plymouth District Council, Private Bag 2025, New Plymouth 4342; or emailing resourceconsentsadmin@npdc.govt.nz. The submission must be in form 13. A signature is not required if you submit by electronic means.
The submission must be dated, signed by you, and include the following information:
Any person may make a submission on the application, but a person who is a trade competitor of the applicant may do so only if that person is directly affected by an effect of the activity to which the application relates that –
