The Barclay Room at the Todd Energy Aquatic Centre is available for hire. It is suitable for children’s birthday parties or meetings and the chairs and trestle tables are available at no extra charge. A small kitchen contains an instant hot water unit, a microwave and sink with running water. There is also a toilet attached to the room.
Cost is $26 per hour on week days and $32 per hour on weekends plus admission fees. There is a $20 refundable bond. Hirers are responsible for cleaning and tidying the room after their booking.
If your party includes a swim, our supervision rules apply to all children under 10.

There are various options available costing from $180 per hour for up to 50 people.
Optional extras include giant inflatables and hydroslides.
Lifeguards are provided to supervise swimmers, monitor pool safety and respond to emergencies. However, parents and caregivers remain responsible for actively supervising the children in their group.
After-hours bookings follow the same supervision ratios as weekends and school holidays, so please make sure your group has enough caregivers aged 16 or over. If your group has children of different ages, follow the ratio for the youngest child. Let us know the children's ages when you book, and we'll help you work out how many caregivers you'll need.
Lane Hire
Lane hire is available to groups when space is available. You can hire a maximum of three lanes.
