Venue hire information

Venue Hire Booking Form

Complete this form to book a hall or open space that is managed by New Plymouth District Council. The most common types of activities that the venues are booked for are weddings, fitness classes, sports and meetings.

Please note that:
•Additional terms may apply dependent upon the particular venue and the proposed event/activity.
•The Council may, in its absolute discretion, refuse an application for hire.

Is this a fundraising event?
The Council requires all hirers of Council halls to obtain Public Liability Insurance for at least the sum of $1,000,000, and up to $5,000,000 depending on the venue. Do you have public liability insurance?
