What Matters to You?
Help shape a 10-year Plan for our district. Tell us the services you value most and where we should prioritise. You can also give feedback on draft Community Board Plans. Feedback closes 12 August.
Time is ticking for New Plymouth District residents to help shape NPDC’s next 10-year Plan with one week to go to tell us what matters to them most.
The survey asks residents to rank the services they value most, share how satisfied they are with current services, identify where it should invest, and consider how to balance service levels, fees, charges and rates.
People’s views will help elected members decide what to include in the draft 10-year Plan (2027-2037), which will be consulted on early next year.
Before those decisions are made, it’s important to understand what’s most important to our community — what should they think we should we protect, what needs to improve, and where we should focus for the future.
At the same time, NPDC’s five community boards (Inglewood, Clifton, Puketapu-Bell Block, Waitara and Kaitake) are seeking feedback on their draft Community Board Plans which set out a vision, key issues, and future opportunities for investment and action in their board areas.
These plans are developed every three years and set out the boards’ vision, key issues, and future opportunities for investment and action.
