Online payments
We’re currently unable to take online payments due to a technical issue. You can still pay via direct debit, or in person at the Civic Centre or at our service centres at Inglewood, Bell Block and Waitara.
Let us know about an issue, make a request or provide a compliment or complaint regarding service you have received.
You can do this by using the contact us form, or by emailing us at enquiries@npdc.govt.nz.
If your issue is urgent, please call us on 06 759 6060.
You can also report issues using the Antenno app.
