This strategy provides an overall framework to guide the development and support of major community and major strategic events in the District of New Plymouth. The purpose of the Major Events Strategy 2010 is to ensure that the District’s limited resources are used as efficiently and effectively as possible to generate benefits for the community and those visiting New Plymouth District.
