As a result of extraordinary vacancies in the Clifton Community Board and the Kaitake Community Board, notice is given under section 65 of the Local Electoral Act 2001, that the following persons have been duly nominated:

Clifton Community Board – one vacancy:
CUMMINGS, Ian (Independent)

Kaitake Community Board – one vacancy:
DARLING, Ewen

As the number of candidates for the Clifton Community Board does not exceed the number of vacancies, Ian CUMMINGS is duly declared elected.

As the number of candidates for the Kaitake Community Board does not exceed the number of vacancies, Ewen DARLING is duly declared elected.
