Online payments
We’re currently unable to take online payments due to a technical issue. You can still pay via direct debit, or in person at the Civic Centre or at our service centres at Inglewood, Bell Block and Waitara.
The PayMyPark app is temporarily down and we’re working with the company to get it up and running again as quickly as possible. We’d ask people to please use another payment method in the meantime. Our machines take cash and cards. Thanks for bearing with us and we’re sorry for any inconvenience. We’ll update this message when the system is working again.
Update 12 March 2020: The PayMyPark app is up and running again. Thanks again for bearing with us while we worked with the company to restore the service yesterday. If you strike any issues, please let us know as soon as possible. Contact us on 06 759 6060 or enquiries@npdc.govt.nz.
