We’re currently unable to take online payments due to a technical issue. You can still pay via direct debit, or in person at the Civic Centre or at our service centres at Inglewood, Bell Block and Waitara.

Mayoral Relief Fund

The Mayoral Relief Fund exists to provide assistance to families and individuals who are undergoing extreme financial hardship.

Grants or other assistance will be made available from the fund at the discretion of the District Mayor. 

Every applicant's circumstances are unique. The requirement for support must be one of proven financial hardship. The applicant must have exhausted general sources of assistance, such as Work and Income, or local food banks, and their immediate family.
