Asgard Renewal On Licence Application

TARANAKI MUSIC SOCIETY INC of 14 Mahoetahi Road, RD42, WAITARA has made an application to the New Plymouth District Licensing Committee for the grant of a Yes On Licence for the premises situated at 67 Devon Street West NEW PLYMOUTH   4310 known as ASGARD.

The general nature of the business conducted (or to be conducted) under the licence is a Tavern - Class 1 On Licence.

Days and Hours:

Thursday                                                   4:00pm to 2:00am Following day
Friday                                                          4:00pm to 2:00am Following Day
Saturday                                                     12 Midday to 2:00am following day
Sunday                                                        12 Midday to 12 Midnight

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours by arrangement – email DLC@npdc.govt.nz or phone 06 759 6060 to speak to the Alcohol Licensing Team.

 
Objections
Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Private Bag 2025, New Plymouth 4342.

Objecting to the issue of new licence: No objection to the issue of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 105(1) of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
 
Objecting to the renewal of an existing licence: No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
