NZ Police Vetting Check
Some volunteer positions require a satisfactory NZ Police vetting check prior to starting. You will be advised if this is required.
To the best of my knowledge, the answers I have provided in this application are correct. I understand that if any false information is given, or any material fact withheld, I may not be accepted as a volunteer or, if I am engaged in duties, I may be dismissed.
If successful, I will abide by the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act and subsequent regulations.
