Chair
Anthony brings almost 50 years' experience in water services, infrastructure, governance, and regulation. His experience includes serving on the Establishment Board of Taumata Arowai, chairing Water New Zealand, and contributing to major water sector investigations and reform initiatives. He continues to provide governance and strategic advice across the infrastructure and water sectors.
Director
Joshua brings experience in investment governance, financial stewardship, economic development, capital delivery, and iwi leadership. He is Deputy Chair of Venture Taranaki and a Director of Ka Uruora, alongside his senior leadership role at Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa. His expertise spans governance, commercial decision-making, capital investment and delivery, and creating sustainable long-term outcomes for communities and whānau.

Kim is a professional director with extensive experience in infrastructure, local government and iwi governance. She is currently a Trustee of Te Kotahitanga o Te Atiawa Trust, Director of Te Atiawa Holdings LP, Director of Taranaki Regional Housing Fund, and previously served as a Director of Wellington Water. She brings expertise in governance, finance and risk, and building strategic iwi-community partnerships to deliver broader social, economic and environmental outcomes.

Onno is an experienced infrastructure and utilities leader with more than 20 years' executive and governance experience across the water, electricity, infrastructure, and contracting sectors. He is Chief Executive of EA Networks, a Director of Coast Waters, and has previously held senior leadership roles with Citycare and Southern Institute of Technology. His expertise includes infrastructure operations, asset management, and the delivery of essential community services.
Director
Sara is a chartered accountant and chartered director with extensive experience in financial management, risk and assurance, governance, and strategic planning.
Her career includes senior financial leadership roles across central government and she now continues to provide strategic financial advisory services and programme management.
She currently also serves on the boards of Enable NZ, Education NZ and Catalyst.Net with previous governance experience in local authority, government department, school, crown company and crown commission organisations.
