Creating an online account with Todd Energy Aquatic Centre is an easy and secure way to purchase memberships and concession passes, book our facilities and manage learn to swim enrolments.

Get started 

Setting up an account 

Setting up an online account is quick and easy. When setting up your account you will be asked to enter your birthdate, an email address and to accept our online terms and conditions. 

If you already have a membership with us, hold a concession pass or you or your child is enrolled in learn to swim please use the email address you have registered with us to create your account.  

To complete the setup of your account you will receive an email asking you to set a password. 

Once your account is created, you will be asked to update your details. If you are already registered with us, any information we hold will now be visible to you through your online account. 

Accounts can only be created for people who are over 18 years old. Parents and caregivers can setup and manage account information for their children and dependents under their own account. 

What you can do online 

Purchase a membership   

• Purchase a fixed term membership 

• Setup and manage an ongoing direct debit membership 

• View all current memberships 

• Keep your details up to date 

When you purchase a membership online you will need to activate your membership by coming to the reception desk at the Todd Energy Aquatic Centre, to have your photo taken and pick up your card.

Purchase a concession pass 

• Purchase an all access, swim, swim/sauna, group fitness or personal training concession pass. 

• Keep track of how many visits you have left. 

Discounted passes for Community Services Card holders, SuperGold card holders and students are only available for purchase at the Todd Energy Aquatic Centre.

Book a room or a lane 

Book the Barclay Room and swimming pool lanes online. For all other bookings please contact us. 

All bookings are subject to approval by the Aquatic Centre team. Once you have submitted a booking request we will review it, and if approved, we will send you a link to complete your payment.

Tips for Parents enrolling children in learn to swim 

You can enrol and manage swimming lessons for multiple people through an online account.  

To do this you will need to: 

1. Setup an online account for yourself.  

1. When you go to book swimming lessons you will be asked who the enrolment is for. You will then enter the information for the person doing the lesson.  

1. This creates a second profile within your online account. 

1. You can move between profiles by opening the personal details menu, selecting My Account and clicking Select User. 

1. All the information for a person is accessed from their user profile. For example, you will not be able to see or manage the learn to swim classes your child is enrolled in from your own user profile. You will need to switch to their user profile.  

1. Learn to swim enrolments and payment details are in the Dashboard section of the online account. 
   
   

What you can’t do online 

At this stage it is not possible to suspend or cancel your membership online. Please contact us for assistance. 

Upfront term-based payments for swim school can only be made in person at the Todd Energy Aquatic Centre.  

If you are under 18 years old you can not create an online account. However, you can have an account that is linked to a parent or guardian, using the same email address.
