The zoo has wheelchair and pushchair access. There is a playground (with a sunshade in the summer), picnic tables and toilets.
If you would like to visit with a school group or any sort of large group, please make a booking ahead of time.
Our fabulous on-site coffee cart is open weekends and school holidays (weather permitting) to serve you delicious real-fruit ice cream in a waffle cone, gourmet coffee from Incafé, and an array of teas.
You are welcome to bring your own food to the zoo. Please do not feed the animals as they have special diets and eating other food can be harmful to their health.
We love having people visit our zoo but we have a few rules to make sure the animals and the public stay safe and the zoo is a great environment for everyone to enjoy.
