I have lived in Inglewood for nine years and am proud to be part of this vibrant, close-knit community. I'm standing for the Community Board to ensure our local voice is heard and our priorities are championed.
I'm actively involved through the Dudley District Hall Society and Inglewood Pony Club and bring governance experience from the Taranaki Hockey Association and NZPCA. I have experience in local government, sustainability consulting and small business development, with a focus on practical, community-driven solutions.
I'm passionate about supporting local enterprise, improving infrastructure, and protecting our natural assets. I believe in transparent, inclusive decision-making and will work hard to ensure council decisions align with what matters most to our community. Inglewood deserves strong advocacy, whether it's better transport, youth engagement, or resilient community spaces.
I bring a collaborative, thoughtful approach to the board, grounded in real-world experience and a deep commitment to our town's wellbeing.

The shift from oil and gas is big for Taranaki. While the Board doesn’t direct NPDC’s economic strategy, I’ll advocate for local input and support efforts that build a resilient, future-focused economy for our community.

Addressing rough-sleeping is a shared responsibility. Central govt leads social services, and NPDC’s support for local facilities is encouraging. I’ll support efforts that strengthen collaboration and meet real community needs.

Broader perspectives lead to better decisions. Honouring Te Tiriti and mātauranga Māori helps build a stronger, more inclusive district, one where all communities feel seen, heard, and respected in local government.
Major events bring real economic and social value. I support NPDC working with iwi, community groups, and local businesses to attract events that reflect our district’s strengths, and ensure benefits reach smaller centers like Inglewood
1. Championing transparent, community-led decision-making, so locals feel heard and represented. 2. Advocating for Inglewood’s fair share of investment in wellbeing, resilience, and opportunities that reflect our values.
